This module has only one lesson and is an overview of the three following sessions and a recap of information shared with them in December.

Session 2 covers learning to know yourself and provides the participant to learn more about themselves and their leadership style. Also included is the Accountability Model.

This is the third session for Site Coordinators. It covers how you show up, generative social fields and data and its collection.

Session 4 covers the Ladder of Inference and Clean Advocacy.

Session 5 covers Difference to Dialogue, data collection, the Iceberg, and Creative Tension

Session 6 review Creative Tension and the Systems Thinking Iceberg. It also shares information about the Systems-Sensing Iceberg which is aspirational and personal mastery.

Session 7 shares information about Stock and Flow, the S.W.O.T. Analysis, and Double Loop learning. Also shared are coaching strategies, observation strategies, and the Mandala.

This module covers practical decision making and Shifting the Burden.

This module covers the Ladder of Connectedness, building trust and relationships.
